spaports, LLC was founded to establish small, stylish spas in the terminal areas of airports, train stations, and shopping centers worldwide.

Mr. Denoff partnered with Irv Siegel to launch the first Spaports in 2011.

The Company seeks first round financing of $11M and strategic partners.

Mr. Denoff is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, and a Tony-Award nominated Broadway producer.

Since 1981 he has been president and CEO of Dencom Systems, Inc., a national telecommunications service company. Dencom installs and services IP Telephony and networking technology for businesses and is partnered with 3Com, Cisco, and others to provide integrated telecommunications solutions. Dencom was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the USA from 1986-1989.

Since 1992 he has also been CEO of Fibernet, Inc., a long listance carrier which sells its services nationwide. Fibernet is partnered with Williams Communications, Covad, SBC, Verizon and T-Mobile.

In 1999, Mr. Denoff also co-founded pocketpass.com, which patented a prepaid phone card whose account number is used instead of a credit card for secure, anonymous online shopping and money transfers. Pocketpass.com was acquired by SVC Financial Services (SVCX) in September 2003 and has now launched the Mazarin Media Platform - a Digital Rights Management tool to facilitate the profitable selling of dowloadable content including music, video and the written word..

From 1977-1981, Mr. Denoff produced television programs. He was the associate producer of Hawaii Five-O and developed other films for television.

In 2007 he formed Sutton Square Entertainment to produce musicals and plays on and off Broadway, television & films, and new media content including ring tones and web television. He produced "The 39 Steps" on Broadway which was nominated for six 2008 Tony Awards, won 2, and ran for a record-breaking 1135 performances in New York. It recouped its intial $2.2 million investement and returned a profit to its investors. A US Tour in 2008-2009 was also profitable.

Denoff is the lead producer of the new musical "Peggy Sue Got Married" based on the award-winning 1986 film. The musical is written by Jerry Leichtling and Arlene Sarner, who wrote the film, and the music is by Bob Gaudio, the composer of "Jersey Boys."

He is also producing Babalu!, a concert celebration of the Latin music of Desi Arnaz, starring Lucie Arnaz.

Irv Siegel, co-founder.

Formerly a practicing corporate attorney, Irv Siegel was Director of Real Estate for the Wolfgang Puck Food Company from January 1993 thru 2008. His relationships with developers and operators of airport concessions and shopping centers are unparalleled.

With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Siegel is the exclusive representative for the acquisition and negotiation of restaurant sites, as well as worldwide licensing for the Wolfgang Puck Food Company.

In addition to his representation of the Wolfgang Puck Restaurant Company, Mr. Siegel runs his own brokerage firm, Siegel/Frand Partners. Siegel/Frand Partners is a full service commercial real estate firm whose primary focus is entertainment related projects. They represent numerous restaurant concepts, entertainment developments and leisure projects. The Company provides services for both Developers and Tenants which include:
consulting, design, and lease negotiation.

Siegel/Frand Partners is qualified to assist with a myriad of diverse projects, regardless of size, including themed restaurants, movie theater complexes, retailer operations and the hospitality industry. Irv Siegel's experience in representing and consulting multiple retail, restaurant and entertainment centers for both Landlords and Tenants is exemplified by his clients which include being the exclusive consultant/broker for developers such as Westfield, The Mills Corporation, Macerich Company, CBL & Associates and Colonial Properties Trust for all restaurant tenants, as well as The Disney Company, United States; Pacific Theaters; Borders Books and Music; and numerous other developers and retail chains. Irv's relationships with major movie exhibitors and large music/book retailers has allowed his company to develop successful co-tenancies for both Tenants and Landlords.
